Solar Roasted Asparagus
Incredibly easy way to perfectly cook asparagus in your solar oven
Equipment
- 1 Solar Oven
- 1 Pot with lid
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus spears About 12-20 spears
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Set the solar oven out to preheat
- Lay the asparagus out on a flat surface. Drizzle with the olive oil. Apply salt and pepper.
- Place in pot with lid, and place into the Sun Oven. If you are using a GoSun oven, you can put asparagus directly into the cooking tube (without a pot).
- You can tell when it's done by the tell-tale condensation building on the Sun Oven glass door.
